The booking process for next year’s event will commence on the 2nd November for all current exhibitors. As we are moving to a new area within the Ricoh Arena there is a new floor plan and a slightly different renewal process. Please see the new floor plan below.

All current exhibitors have the opportunity to choose and book their stands on a first come first serve basis from the 2nd November onwards. On the day of this years Expo we will be taking further bookings at reception.

From 13th November onwards we will open up the exhibition to new bookings.

Cost of a new stand is £4500 + vat with extra representatives costing £150 + vat (maximum of 1 extra person per stand)
